Massagers
Unwind and relax with our selection of varnished natural wooden massagers. Rotating movements with light pressure is all it takes to help relieve tension using our Ladybird massagers and four leg massagers. Or simply glide our roller massagers back and forth over your body to relieve tension. Our massagers work through light clothing as well as directly on the skin making them ideal for use at work and at home. For maximum effect use directly on the skin with a small amount of massage oil, such as almond oil, available from chemists.
Small ladybird massager: (~6cm x 6cm) is ideal to massage the head and neck.
Large ladybird massager: (~13cm x 8cm) is great for the back, arms and legs.

Mini four wheel massager: Small enough to fit in your pocket or handbag. For use on any area of the body (~8.5cm x 6.5cm x 3.5cm).
Two ball massager: Small enough (~12cm x 8cm) to carry with you to massage tired legs and arms. The wooden balls give a good toning feel to a wide area. Really effective with a small amount of massage oil. The moulded wooden handle enables you to hold it and at the same time apply oils with the other hand.
Small roller ball massager: Small enough (~13.5cm x 7.5cm x 2.2cm) to fit in a toiletry bag. Glide the roller balls over arms, legs, scalp, temples and the back of the neck.
Large roller ball massager: Long handled two ball massager (~23cm X 5.5cm X 10cm) can cover a large area with very little effort. Use on the back, the stomach, hips and legs. With the long handle the middle and upper back can be reached.

Aromatherapy
Our selection of aromatherapy room fragrancers is aimed to help you relax and unwind.
Available in either Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Neroli (Orange Blossom) or Rose pure natural aromatherapy oil (in a carrier oil), soaked in a sponge diffuser contained in a glass jar. Place jar on a mat, or in a terracotta pot, to avoid damage to surfaces should spillage occur. Just twist off the lid and breathe the fragrance of the essential oil. Easy to use; no burners, no mess. Normally effective for about six months.
- Add a eucalyptus room fragrancer to make your breathing easier.
- Try a jar of lavender and a jar of eucalyptus in your bedroom at night to encourage a good night sleep.
- Try using a fragrancer during relaxation exercises to enhance relaxation and to establish an association between the fragrance and your state of relaxation.

Fragrances
- Lavender: is said to have properties that relieve stress and calm the mind.
- Ylang Ylang: has an exotic, rich and sensual aroma and is said to help induce deep relaxation.
- Neroli: (Orange Blossom) is claimed to induce relaxation and sleep.
- Jasmine: calmness and relaxation is said to result from breathing this fragrance. Not suitable in pregnancy.
- Rose: is said to create a feeling of calm and well being. Not suitable in pregnancy.
- Eucalyptus: can make breathing easier.
Caution: Aromatherapy fragrancers are for inhalation only. The oil should not be used directly on the skin or ingested. Rose and Jasmine oils should not be used during pregnancy. If in doubt consult your General Practitioner before using the fragrancers. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with painted or polished surfaces. Place jar on a mat or in a container to prevent damage to surfaces should any spillage occur.
